He is survived by: his daughters, Tera Mills (Jason) and Tami Phipps (Trent); his girlfriend Nina Haines; his siblings, Bernice, Bonnie, Carrie' and Lewis; his grandchildren, Amanda (Jared), Joseph, Jonathan, Matthew, Kylie and Lily; and his great grandchildren, Braylynn, Aaliyah, Amelia, Parker and Hayden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
