He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richmond Shockey and Wewoka Arnett-Shockey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Douglas and David Shockey; his nephews, Ted Garner, Todd and Troy Hunt; his sisters-in-law, Sue Hawk and Flora Ann Garner; and his pets, Tara and Fluff.
