She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Bell and Geraldine Bell (Royer); and her siblings, Jane Bell and James "Jim" Bell (Marilynn). She is survived by: her brother John Bell (Joanna) of Chesapeake, VA; her nieces and nephews, John Bell (Dawn), Tim Bell (Anita), Stephanie Bell, Amy Hill (Justin) and Julie Cummins; her great-nieces and great-nephews, John Allen Bell, Seth Hill, Noah Hill, Jacob Hill, Brison Cummins, Devin Cummins (Shelby), Sarah Harden (Jack), Lydia Bell, Isabella Murphy, Michaela Murphy, Rileigh Hill and Jocelyn Cummins; and also Elise Harden.
At Janice's request, there will be no formal services, but donations may be made in honor of Janice to the Marion Area Humane Society at 2264 Richland Road in Marion, Ohio.
