He is survived by: his children, Steven J. Hoffman of Lombard, Sheldon B. "Skip" Hoffman (Cheryl) of Nevada, OH., James A. Hoffman of Barnesville, OH., Sharon Leach (Brent) of Caledonia, OH. and Sondra Hoffman of Indian Trail, N. C.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
