The memory of Jacqueline Boyd of Marion, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2024 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Gilliam and Maud Gilliam (Ratliff); her husband Floyd Boyd, Sr.; her grandchildren, Drew Boyd and Cara Boyd; and her siblings, Tiny Gilliam, Edith Copeland, James Gilliam, Charles Gilliam, John Gilliam and Cecil Gilliam.

She is survived by : her brother Leo Gilliam (Vickie) of Marion, Ohio; her siblings-in-law, Gary Copeland of La Rue, Ohio and Helen Gilliam of Texas; her children, Floyd Boyd, Jr. (Sharon) of Marion, Sheila Persinger (Steve) of Marion and Kenny Boyd (Brenda) of Marion, Ohio; her grandchildren, Steven Boyd (Brooke), Chad Persinger (Airian), Cory Persinger (Melissa), Dale Boyd (Kaycie), Jacob Boyd (Ashley) and Sabra Conley (Scotty); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Alayna, Corissa, Jude, Ellis, Avery, Archer, Ronan, Knox, Wade and Dax. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Freewill Baptist Church (1449 Crissinger Rd, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 at the Grand Prairie Cemetery (4964 Brush Ridge Dr N, Marion, OH 43302).

Donations may be given in Jacqueline's memory to the First Freewill Baptist Church or Ohio Health Hospice of Marion.
