He is survived by: his wife Loretta Kay (Marriage); his daughter Sonja Instine (John); his brothers, Jimmy, Mark (Pat) and Bill Honaker (Mary); his grandchildren, Rebecca Levings, Trevor Instine, Leslie Bahan (Justin) and Michael Instine (Sarah); and his friends, Crystal Arp and Charlie Conners. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
