He was predeceased by: his parents, Froy Hunley and Ida Mae Caudill Hunley; his wife Marsha Lowry Hunley; and his siblings, Jack Hunley, Troy Lee Hunley and Sue Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Hunley of Salyersville and Gary Hunley (Darcy) of Marion; his sisters, Wanda Whitt of Salyersville, Sharon Kay Phillips of Cincinnati, Cleo Rita Harmon of Clyde and Ruth Ann Miller of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hunley, Keenan Cook, Gabrielle Hunley, Gracelyn Hunley and Christian Jenner; and his great grandchild Emmett Hunley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Salyersville Funeral Home (694 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A masonic service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
