It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Daniel Justice Sr. of Marion, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbin Justice and Flossie Justice; his grandparents, Beckham Banks, Ivory Pearl and Corbin Justice Sr.; and also James Maze.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Justice, Gary Daniel Justice Jr., Cody Justice and Allie Justice; his siblings, Lisa Justice and Chris Justice (Brenda); his stepdaughters, Rachel Slay and Illianna Slay; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Young, Dustin Lambert, Stephen Tyree Jr., Ashley Spriggs and Treigh Justice. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
