It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Daniel Justice Sr. of Marion, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbin Justice and Flossie Justice; his grandparents, Beckham Banks, Ivory Pearl and Corbin Justice Sr.; and his stepfather James Mace.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Justice, Gary Daniel Justice Jr., Cody Justice and Allie Justice; his siblings, Lisa Justice and Chris Justice (Brenda); his stepdaughters, Rachel Slay and Illianna Slay; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Young, Dustin Lambert, Steven Tyree Jr., Ashley Spriggs and Treigh Justice. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Service, Hughes-Allen Chapel (318 Mt Vernon Ave, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
