It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Elza Middaugh of Marion, Ohio, born in Perry, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Middaugh and Marybelle Middaugh (Miller); his daughter Amy Renee Middaugh; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Maryann Middaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Janice E. Middaugh (Freese); his daughter Shannon Davis (Josh) of Marion; his grandchildren, Sabastian, Laney and Jaxon; his siblings, Paul Middaugh (Karen) and Mary Louise Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Manley (Mike), Donna Humbert (Ernie) and Dave Freese (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.
