It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances L. Mahaffey of Marion, Ohio, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Frances departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Frances. Though Frances may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Seiter and Edna Seiter (Tobey); her children, Larry (Janie), Ronnie Mahaffey (Bonnie) and Sharon Farst (Richard); and her siblings, Donald, Paul Seiter and Kate Hillis.
She is survived by: her son Rick of Karen Schrote, DCD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home (122 W Columbia St, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
