She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herbert and Gertrude Anna Rowland (Smith); her husband John W. "Jack" Watters; and her siblings, Wendy Rowland, Lorraine Hix and Lynn Metzger (Joe).

She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Ann Ellis (Luke); her siblings, Eileen Watters, Peggy Fragale (Robert) and John Hix; and her friends, John and Luana Matthew.
