He was predeceased by: his parents, Ishel Houston and Eva Houston (West); and his brothers, Donald Houston and Bob Houston. He is survived by: his children, Michael Houston, Levi Thor David Houston, Earl Thomas Higgins, Caylie Noelle Shaw, Carolyn Higgins and Sherry Higgins; and his siblings, Billy Houston (Sharon), Jimmy Dale Houston (Arlene), Virginia Annie Ralph, Darlene Houston and Debra James.
