He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Burk and Rosie Doles; and his brother Bill Burk. He is survived by: his son Clyde Burk, Jr.; his granddaughter Savanna Leeann Bice; and his close friend Dave Louderbach. He is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews.
