He is survived by: his children, Charles Wayne Bartley III of Marion and Shelly Bartley of Marion; his grandchildren, Quinton, Brendon and Hunter; and his sister Sharon Harper of Osteen, FL.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Craven Chapel (67 N Main St, Mt Gilead, OH 43338). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
