He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Brandie Davidson (Aaron); his stepson Shawn Morris (Carolyn); his adoptive daughter Stacie Hines (Scott); his sisters, Linda Domine (Richard) and Beth McDaniel (Keith); his stepbrother Rick Firstenberger (Karen); his sister-in-law Linda McKee; his close friends, Kathy Stults, Jeff and Polly Henry; and his pet Prince. He is also survived by three grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
