She is survived by: her husband William Micheal Hayes II; her sons, Gabriel "Tuff", Christian "Chunk" and Blake "Little"; her mother Alicia Marie McKenzie (Burrell) of Marion; her siblings, T. J. Sanford (Katie) of Pleasant View, TN., Alan Bowman (Andiee) of Delaware, Nick McKenzie (Katie) of Delaware and Bryanna Roar (Skylar) of Delaware; her stepfather Art McKenzie (Denise) of North Lewisburg; and her grandparents, Timothy Clark (Jan), Richard Ashcraft (Terri), Earl Sanford (Judy) and Mindy McKenzie.
