She is survived by: her husband Cairl Welch; her children, Melissa Arthur (Donny Gay) of Prospect, Cairl Welch Jr. (Debbie) of Richwood and Chasity Flournoy of Marion; her grandchildren, Shadow Arthur, Kada Arthur, Amanda Arbogast (Jared), Madison Welch, Marcie Hamilton, Dillion Hamilton (Aliza) and Seth Hamilton Sr. (Stasia Manley); her great grandchildren, Oakland Hamilton, Lyric Arthur, Shade Arthur, Luna Arthur, Liam Brammer, Braylynn Arbogast, Aaliyah Arbogast, Amelia Arbogast, Amenadiel Jones, Isaac Hamilton, Addalynn Hamilton, Oaklee Hamilton, Seth Hamilton Jr. and Raelynn Funk; and her siblings, Doris Williams (Joe) of Tri-Cities, WA, Wanda Ray of Marion, Wilma Johnson of Marion, Russell French of Idaho and Ruby Shope of Marion.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
