He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Carp and Catherine M. Carp (Borer); his wife Margaret Jean "Peggy" Carp (Bogner); his son Brian Carp; and his siblings, Barbara St. Marie, Janet Crawford, Mary Williams, Robert Carp and Edward Carp.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Davis (Walt) of Marion, Tammie Arnold (Dennis) of Tiffin and Kelly; his grandchildren, Cameron Webster, Kristen Webster, Gracie Webster, Garrison Carp, Laura Arnold, William Garvin, Emma Arnold and Briley Carp; his stepgrandchildren, Xavier, Ciarra and Cameron Oesch; and his siblings, Joseph Carp (Theresa) of New Riegel and Theresa Huffman (Rick) of Tiffin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Denzer Chapel (360 E Center St, Marion, OH 43302). A Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church of Marion (251 N Main St, Marion, OH 43302).
