He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester White and Lola Ruth White. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Kay Lemon White; and his daughter Brandy White (Micah Stebbens). He is also survived by his wife, daughter, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley in his memory.
