She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewart Cox and Ethel Briggs Cox; her husband Paul William Byers, Sr.; her brothers, Stanley Cox, Emerson Cox and Delbert Cox; and her daughter-in-law Ruth Ann Rich Byers.
She is survived by: her grandson Zachary Ruble; her children, Rita Rosenlieb (Coy) of Trail Run, Paul William Byers Jr. (Paula) of Palmetto, Thomas Byers (Jodi) of York and Paula Ruble (Jay) of Punta Gorda, Florida.; her great grandchildren, Troy Rosenlieb, Mindy Panepinto, Timothy Byers, Chad Paul Byers, Austin Byers and Nathan Ruble; and her brother James Cox of Woodsfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
