He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd King and Vergie Rutherford King; his siblings, Robert, Lowell and Maxine Stoddard; and his parents-in-law, John and Mary Swatman.
He is survived by: his wife Julie King (Swatman); his children, April, Rocky of Newport and Darin King (Lauren) of Grandview Heights, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brent (Kelstin), Brandon, True, Lil'Rock, Kaylie, Harrison and Hannah; his siblings, Jerry King (Sheila), Barbara King and Marlene Rouse; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Ruoff (Jim) and Sylvia King. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home (314 4th St, Marietta, OH 45750). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
