He was predeceased by: his father Richard Bush Kuhn; and his sister Victoria Watson. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mankins; and his sisters, Debby Gober (Oscar), Twyla Science and Barb Waldon (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
