He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Witten and Frances Witten (Bradfield); his brother Jerry Witten; and his nephew Jacob Schaad. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Witten of Richmond, CA, Barbara Jahn (Don) of Vincent, OH, Sue Whitacre (Rick) of Zanesville, OH, Polly Campbell (Larry) of Cutler, OH and Deborah Witten (Martin DeMatteis) of Oracle, AZ; his sister-in-law Bonnie Witten of Lowell, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Holstein, Julie Witten, Carrie Makris, Garrick, Dan Schaad, Dustin, Ben Whitacre, Tom and Scott Witten.
