She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul H. Johnson and Dorothy C. Breitfield Johnson. She is survived by: her husband John E. Burkhart Sr. of Sycamore Valley, Ohio; her children, Dawn Chew (Scott) of Belle Valley, Ohio, Linda Weckbacher of Caldwell, Ohio and John E. Burkhart Jr. (Deborah) of Brecksville, Ohio; her brother Ronald Johnson of Phoenix, Arizona; and her grandchildren, Clay, Jason, Hanna, Nick and Kyle. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
