Duncan Cook; her husband Edward "Ned" Raybould; her sons, Matthew "Matt" Bolen (Laura Wagner) and Christopher Cook; her sister Tiffany Cook; her uncle Joe Duncan of Marietta; her mother-in-law Sallie Raybould; her brother-in-law Matthew "Matt" Raybould of Leesburg, FL.; and her caregivers, Dr. Shinn, Dr. Ahmad, Dr. Bahti, Dr. Cawley and Amy Eddy.
