She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Monroe and Clarise Odessa Jones Ball; her spouse Dale Cochran Valentine; and her brothers, Duane and Dwight Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Valentine of Columbus, Larry Valentine (Gay Michelle) of New Matamoras and Susan Paschen (Gary) of Belpre; her grandchildren, Stephanie Litzinger (Joe), Seth Valentine (Chelsi), Lance Valentine (Ashley), Grant Valentine, Elizabeth Clippinger (Phillip), Matthew and Benjamin Mason; her great grandchildren, Joey, Penny Litzinger, Adilynn and Ayden Valentine; and her sisters, Patti Cunningham, Geraldine Petersen and Helen Wyckoff.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hadley Funeral Home - New Matamoras (700 Main St, Matamoras, OH 45767). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
