He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Dale Neely and Carolyn Sue Neely; his children, Peyton Grafton (Garrett), Hunter Neely (Elle) and Blake Neely (Emmy); his brothers, Tom Neely, Derrick Neely (Cindy) and Craig Neely (Denise); the mother of his children Stephanie Neely; and his close friend Shooter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Homes (408 Front St, Marietta, OH 45750). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
