She was predeceased by: her parent Cecil Evelyn Pratt Davis; her husband Marple N. Putnam; her children, Constance Collins, Rita Wherry, Deborah Postelwait, Randal Wiggins, Dale Wiggins and Cecil Wiggins; and her sisters, Betty Ault and Nora Lee Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Rutter of Marietta. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Homes (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
