She is survived by: her grandson Justin (Jennifer Moore); and her great grandchildren, Clayton and Caleb Moore of Marietta.
There will be no service at the request of Juanita and in lieu of flowers please donate to the Lower Salem Volunteer Fire Department, a place that always held a special place in her heart.
