He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Haddox and Juanita Haddox (Campbell); his wife Jody Haddox (Ellis); his siblings, Becky Jo Miller (Mel Purcell) of Murray, KY and Mark Haddox (Mary) of Polecat Hollow; his children, Joey Mae Ekas (Paul) of St. Marys, Matt Haddox (Billie Jo) of St. Marys, Allen Simmons of Greenville, SC and Chosen; his grandchildren, Shining Stars, Morgan Najar (Danny) of St. Marys, Joseph Haddox of St. Marys, Cameron Ekas of St. Marys, Becky Ekas of St. Marys, Zack Russell of St. Marys, Hunter Haddox of St. Marys and Natalie Valenciana (Moises) of San Antonio, TX.; his great grandchildren, Maya, Reina, Luca Paulo and John; his nieces and nephews, Gabe Haddox, Cortney Fickiesen (Ryan), Megan Lee and Lyndsay Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Ellis, Sara Carico (Ian), Erica Smith, Christine Ellis and Sheri Evans. He was also cherished by other cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of John Haddox to The Boys and Girls Club of Pleasants County, 605 Cherry St., St. Marys, WV 26170.
