He was predeceased by: his father Bobby F. Waggoner. He is survived by: his mother Janet Bailey Waggoner; his fiancée Diane Dyar; his sister Wanda Hatfield (Steven); his nephew Mike Hall; and his great-niece Cierra Hall.
