He was predeceased by: his wife Jean LaRue Bowser; and his siblings, Carolyn Hayes and Neal Alloway. He is survived by: his children, Steven Alloway (Cheryl) and Patricia D'Angelo (Don); and his siblings, Charles Alloway (Ingrid), Joan Smith (Earl) and Amanda Merckle. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
