She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith Spikes and Ozelle Spikes; her husband Frank C. Leonhart, Jr.; and her siblings, Daisy Ann Spikes, Jessie and Art Spikes.
She is survived by: her sons, Monte Leonhart (Bert) of Tennessee and Rocky Leonhart of Devola; and her siblings, Tommy Spikes and Marie Parker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
