She was predeceased by: her father Hoyt R. Hartley; her husband Roy Arthur Stephens; her sons, Ronald and Roger; and her son-in-law Michael Ludwig.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Stephens (Marlene) of Belpre, OH and Ronda Ludwig; her grandchildren, Mark Stephens (Crystal), Tiffany Wilson (Matt), Phillip Ludwig, Stephen Ludwig (Lori) and Lisa Standiford (Jon); and her sister Anna McKitrick. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
