He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Graham and Cora Sine Graham; his wife Constance Haynes Graham; his daughter Crystal Fisher; and his siblings, Vincent Graham and Frances Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Graham, Roger E. Spencer, Jr. (Patty) of Belpre, Christina M. Robinson (Doug) of Marietta and Pamela S. Thomas of Marietta. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
