He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Parker; his daughters, Michelle Norman (Ed Moon) of Marietta, OH, Kelly Gobel (Stu) of Woodbine, GA and Jeanie Whitehead (Roger) of Canton, OH; his grandchildren, Olivia Farson (Colt) of Parkersburg, WV and Billy of Canton, OH; his siblings, Don Parker (Tonya) of Parkersburg, WV and Beth Parker Rossi (Frank) of Malvern, PA.; his friend Carlos White; his close friends, Kathie, Asa Matthews and Judy Short; his aunt Tammy (Dwight Riggs); and his pet Gabby.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parkersburg Memorial Gardens.
