He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J Fulmer (Mike) and Garnet May Fulmer (Cochran); and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Sprague) of West Chester; his children, Mike (Patti) of Stow, OH and Amanda Hoelscher (Jeff) of Mason, OH; his grandchildren, Nathan of Akron, Zachary of Akron, Cathryn of Stow, Abbey, Jamie and Jack of Mason; and his brother Curtis Fulmer of Williamstown. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
