He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Lori Nolte and Thomas Turney (Tim); his sister June; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Megan, Sara, Emily and Nicholas. He is also survived by his six great grandchildren.
