He was predeceased by: his father Ronald James Noel. He is survived by: his mother Lyn Noel; his children, Jessica Lightfritz of Dublin, Cory Noel of Belpre and Tyler Noel of Marietta; and his sisters, Tracy Cornelius of Fleming and Kim Kenny of Nags Head, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
