She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howell and Catherine Howell. She is survived by: her husband Larry Binegar; her children, Tom Weihl (Jill), Dr. Jason Todd Weihl (Missi) and Shannon Weihl Pottmeyer (Rod); her stepsons, Jeffrey Binegar (Chris) and Steven Bineger (Angie); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Roseberry (Amanda), Adam Roseberry, Andy Weihl (Kaylee), John Weihl (Nathalie), Jason Weihl, Landon Weihl, Alaina Domanich, Taylor Pottmeyer, Olivia Pottmeyer and Brooke Pottmeyer. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Patient Indigent Fund Marietta Cancer Center, Humane Society of the Ohio Valley or First Baptist Church of Marietta.
