He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Moyers and Beulah Moyers; and his former wife Jacqueline S. Lowe of Lowell, OH. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle L. Moyers; his children, C. Joe Moyers and Julie S. Moyers; his daughter-in-law Julia Nevin; and his grandchildren, Abigail and Claire. He is also survived by siblings, generations of nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as many friends.
