He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Neal Graham and Irma Maxine Whiting (Boudinot). He is survived by: his stepfather Arthur Whiting; his aunt Jackie Fay Ley (Boudinot); his wife Anna May Graham (Bartley); his children, Neal Jeffery Graham of Marietta, James Edward Graham (Brenda) of New Castle, Judith Ann Foust (Barry) of Mineral Wells, WV and Jennifer Christine Mackey (Chet) of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Wendy Graham, Gabi Graham, Sasha Corney, Megan Graham, Kayla Graham, Jamie Lee Campbell of Idarion Graham, J. C, Thornton, Adam Cooper, Josh Mackey and Jason Mackey.
