She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hess and Betty Hoce Hess; her husband Emil McCoy; her son Michael McCoy; and her siblings, Barbara Hess, Barry Hess and John Hess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mona McCoy of Belpre, OH, Mandy Gleason (Frank) of Reno and Mary Ann Lipscomb of Vienna, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
