He was predeceased by: his father Alvin B. Parmiter; and his wife Sandra F. Parmiter. He is survived by: his sons, Shaun Parmiter (Kelly) of Marietta and Michael Parmiter (Kym) of Marietta; his grandchildren, Zayne, Taylor, Eli (McKenzie), Jordan and Kelsey Judson (Kody); his stepgrandchildren, Brittini, Briana, Brandi Messick, Megan and Alaina McAuley; his brother Calvin Parmiter of McConnelsville; and his friend Brian Elliot. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
