She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Simon and Vivian Simon. She is survived by: her significant other Tom Syfers; her children, Kent (Heather) and Andrea (Corey); and her grandchildren, Peyton, Colton, William and Cassie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley.
