He is survived by: his son Colin; his wife Christina Baumes; his children, Aileen C. Beatty of Cincinnati and Patrick W. Beatty; his children-in-law, Lee Keck (Colin J. Beatty) of Columbus and Carrie Lambert-Beatty of Boston, Mass.; his grandchildren, Karina, Sean, Thomas Hollenkamp and John Maddock Beatty; and his sister Paulette Beatty of Bryan, Texas..

In addition, Jack served on the Board of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Andrew Jergens Foundation.
