He is survived by: his children, Jeff Mescher of New Bremen, Roy, Angela Mescher of Maria Stein, Sam, Kathleen Mescher of Montezuma, Ala, Marcia Mescher of Osgood, Ted of Maria Stein, Sara Mescher of Maria Stein, Jane of Maria Stein, Doug Meyer of Maria Stein, Brian of Maria Stein and Michelle Mescher of Maria Stein; and his parents-in-law, Leander, Carol Mescher, Marie Schmidt, Rita Sullivan, Mary Catherine Mescher, Joann, Werner Holdheide, Robert and Patsy Unrast. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and siblings.
