With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene A Jones of Maria Stein, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Nieport and Frances Nieport (Hartings); her husband Paul D. Jones; her daughters, Mary and Anna; her siblings, Paul Nieport, Rosella McClurg and Rita Gerling; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Nieport and John Wendeln.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Staci Jones), Diana (Jay Heitkamp), Sidney, Rosanne (Michael Ridinger), Dean (Cheryl Jones), Forest, David (Krista Jones), Ted (Jennifer Jones) and Maria Stein; her siblings, Walter, Vivian Nieport and Mary Wendeln; and her parents-in-law, Marsha Nieport, Robert Gerling and Edward McClurg. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shrine of the Holy Relics.
