He is survived by: his mother Patricia Heitkamp (Pazitney); his wife Denise Heitkamp (Dues); his children, Justin (Chasity Bachman), Kristin Bachman of Conover, Aleah Heitkamp and Holden Heitkamp; his parents-in-law, Ken, Brian, Jill Dues of St. Henry, Nick of Ft. Recovery, Jenny Dues of Ft. Recovery, Steve of Ft. Recovery, Mindy Dues of Ft. Recovery, Matt of Ft. Recovery and Danielle Dues of Ft. Recovery; and also, Patricia, Angie Crider of Celina, Tracy, John Drees of Ft. Loramie, Eric and Brandy Heitkamp of Minster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
