He is survived by: his wife Cindy McCurdy (McCarty); his daughters, Linda McCurdy and Mandee Fitzpatrick (Jason); his grandchildren, Alanna Salmons (Eddie), Jace Fitzpatrick, Cody Persinger and Marissa Fitzpatrick; his great grandchildren, Jimmy, Dalton, Anson, Natalee, Hunter, Kanyon William and Riverlyn; his mother-in-law Joan McCarty; his siblings, John McCurdy, Sandy Sawyer (Bob), Juanita Witt (Mike) and Lori Tomblin (Tim); and his siblings-in-law, Van Lehman (Dave) and Keith McCarty (Pam).
